Amanda Lundberg is co-head of 42West’s Entertainment Marketing Division, overseeing film release campaigns, awards campaigns, and publicity initiatives for filmmakers. Before joining the firm as a partner in 2005, Lundberg was head of Public Relations at Miramax, overseeing publicity for worldwide theatrical releases. During her career at Miramax, Lundberg developed and executed release and awards campaigns for such major motion pictures as “The Aviator,” “Chicago,” “Cold Mountain,” “Finding Neverland,” “Gangs of New York,” “Frida,” “Kill Bill: Volumes 1 & 2,” “Sex, Lies and Videotape,” “Cinema Paradiso,” “Shall We Dance,” and “Hero,” among many others.
Lundberg also served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Publicity at MGM, where she oversaw the studio’s international public relations efforts and was responsible for creating and implementing publicity strategies for films such as “Hannibal,” “Man in the Iron Mask,” “Birdcage,” “The Thomas Crown Affair,” “Legally Blonde,” “Get Shorty,” “Species,” and “No Man’s Land.” In addition, Lundberg was one of the key executives responsible for rejuvenating the James Bond franchise by initiating and carrying out publicity campaigns for “Goldeneye,” “Tomorrow Never Dies,” and “The World Is Not Enough.”
